Our Unloaded class is programmed using the same principles of constantly varied, functional movements, but we are “Unloading” the heavy barbell and technical gymnastics.

CrossFit

The magic is in the movement. CrossFit workouts are different every day and can be modified to help each athlete achieve their goals. The workouts may be adapted for people at any age and level of fitness.

Fight Fit

Need to add something to your functional fitness routine? Fight fit is a utilitarian fitness principal. More than just learning a way of defence, you also get a long lasting level of fitness.

Need to slow down those busy week days? Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual disciplines which will help calm the mind and soul.

Karate

Karate is a total way of life that goes well beyond the self-defense applications. At ATG we help build the fundamentals, from the first day white belt to the we refined black belt.

Personal Training

Weight Loss

Not achieving those goals within the normal groups classes? Need that extra push? With our personally programmed 1:1 training sessions. You will be able to continue or start that fitness journey to achieve your hidden athlete.

Strength

Can’t do a simple push up? Don’t worry everyone starts from the ground up. Each personal training session will help build that focused base strength, that you might be lacking or just need fine tuning.

 Cardio

From rowing, skiing and running we all might feel like we need that push to break through the “wall”. Each personal training session will regulate your training, so that you do not lose the strength you are building – but able to refine that inner engine.

Unloaded Classes

Our Unloaded class is programmed using the same principles of constantly varied, functional movements, but we are “Unloading” the heavy barbell and technical gymnastics. The programme utilizes the high intensity, fat burning metabolic effects of traditional CrossFit workouts. Don’t be fooled though, these workouts are not easy!

What to Expect?

A 45-minute class that will focus on aerobic, anaerobic conditioning, strength training and core.

All of our classes are built on the principles of high intensity interval training and keeps exercise fun and exciting. Our coaches will be there to teach, ensure safety, motivate and encourage as you burn calories, increase self-esteem, and form new friendships.

Who Can Join?

Those that are tired of the Globo gyms and looking for a high intensity workout without the heavy lifting or technical gymnastics.

Beginners who are interested in our CrossFit program but want to build up some conditioning and basic strength first. Athletes who need a break from barbell lifting. EVERYONE!
